We are excited to be working with artists Titus Kaphar and Jonathan Brand on the transformation of a former New Haven factory into an inclusive space for creative collaboration and social engagement. Working with Deborah Berke Partners and Atelier Cho Thompson, we’re providing design input for an intimate and flexible space that will accommodate music, film, theater, and business presentations. The complex also includes space for co-working, artist studios, exhibition, a café, and housing for visiting artists, and NXTNVN will offer studio and curatorial fellowships and paid high school apprenticeships to attract and support talent within and beyond New Haven. The project is currently under construction.
