Come mingle with recent USITT authors and celebrate the best in writing about design, technology, & management. Throughout this light reception, authors will available to discuss their books and sign copies or bookplates (all available for purchase at the bookstore). At the beginning of this event, we will celebrate the best of writing with the presentation of the 2018 Oscar G. Brockett Golden Pen Award for The Art of the Hollywood Backdrop, by Karen Maness and Richard Isackes and the presentation of Herbert D. Greggs Awards to Kim Poppiti and Deanna Fitzgerald for exceptional writing in TD&T.
